 CARE INSTRUCTIONS

  • Please remove jewellery before washing/bathing/swimming and exercising

  •  Opals are a fragile stone so please keep that in mind when wearing

  •  Ethiopian opals are absorbent and shouldn’t be worn in water. If Ethiopian opals absorb water they can turn clear and lose their colour. If you place the opal in a sunny windowsill it should return to normal once dried. Do not try to speed up the drying process by using heaters etc.

  •  Australian opals will not change colour and can be submerged in water

 

PRODUCTION/SHIPPING TIME

  • Made to order pieces take around 4-6 weeks 
  • Ready to ship pieces will be posted within 3 business days
  • All items are shipped from my studio in regional Victoria

CUSTOMS 

  • Custom orders a non refundable as you will be provided updates on the piece as it is being made. The ETA for your custom piece will also be discussed at time of purchase. Depending on the piece, re-sizing may be available with shipping cost at the expense of the customer. 
RETURNS 
  • Refunds will not be issued for change of mind or incorrect size
  • If an item arrives damaged please contact me ASAP via Instagram
  • Rings without stones can be resized with shipping at the expense of the customer
  • Rings with stones cannot be resized unless specified
